Architectural plans

All cities require Architectural and Structural Plans for most projects such as a major interior remodels, an addition of a patio or deck and any one or two story room additions of any amount of square feet.

Blueprints are the drawn concept out of which your new home or addition will be created and built, to be functional, comfortable and beautiful.

We provide Architectural Plans for Residential projects and create a set of blueprints that encompass all that is needed for the contractor in the field as well as all the requirements for a fast approval in the city’s permitting process, with consideration of the guidelines and regulations of the city your project is in. Complete Architectural plans will include a site plan, as built plan (existing condition), floor plan and elevations.

- Floor plan or a sketch for a simple project with minor non-structural changes.
- Full 36 x 24 Architectural Plans for any simple Interior Remodeling.
- Architectural and Structural Plans for additions and major interior remodeling. (2 story additions require more extensive engineering than the basic city of L.A. Type V construction)
- Elevations are included any time the footprint of the house or structure changes or there are external changes which revise the facade of the house. (depending on each city's requirements)

Our 3D Design and rendering service has been increasing in quality using new software to create incredible, photo realistic 3d images of your new kitchen or bathroom, with details and finishes included. This allows for an amazing visualization of how the new space is going to look like and helps tremendously in the design process.
