Perhaps a few more surprises as well...
We are now providing big discounts for homeowners who use our service for a full process package which includes Architectural Plans, Engineering Calculations & Structural Plans and the Building Permits Expediting. Depending on the size of the project, if additional services are needed such as Land Survey, Soils Report or Geological Survey, those services will also be discounted or even included at no additional charge.
